Zipaara.io is an AI-powered study platform owned and operated by ZyntelX. This document is published in electronic form under applicable Indian information technology rules. Use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Zipaara.io. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zipaara.io. Users under 18 should use the platform with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may request verification where required by law.

3. Our Services

Zipaara.io provides digital study tools, including AI-generated notes, flashcards, quizzes, mock tests, podcasts, and document processing within project workspaces. Features may change, and some capabilities may be limited by your subscription plan.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure
• Upload only content you have the right to use
• Use Zipaara.io for lawful purposes and in line with our Academic Integrity guidelines
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Not misuse AI outputs to cheat, plagiarize, or violate institutional rules

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, where offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Taxes may apply based on your location. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Zipaara.io software, branding, design, and platform content are owned by or licensed to ZyntelX. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal or internal study purposes. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.

7. User Content and AI Outputs

You retain ownership of materials you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and transform that content solely to provide requested features. AI-generated outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them before academic or professional use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zipaara.io is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZyntelX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, grades, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

The platform may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
